IVY Boutique – Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Ivy Boutique. We hope you love your purchase, however if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please see our returns policy below.


Returns Timeframe

  • Online Orders: Returns accepted within 14 days of receiving your order

  • In-Store Purchases: Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase

Items must be:
✔ Unworn
✔ Unwashed
✔ In original condition
✔ With original tags still attached

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Earrings & jewellery

  • Underwear / lingerie

  • Beauty & body products


Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 3–7 working days once your return is processed

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
    If an exchange is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.


Sale Items

Sale / discounted items are non-refundable unless faulty, but may be exchanged where possible.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the fault

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for defective products.

Once approved, you will be given return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Late / Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 working days:
