Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days

  • Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day


Shipping Method

All orders are sent with full tracking for your peace of mind.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or text so you can follow your parcel.


Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days

  • Express delivery may be available upon request (subject to availability)

Please note delivery times are estimates and delays may occur during busy periods.


Delivery Charges

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


Missed / Failed Delivery

If delivery is missed, the courier may attempt re-delivery or take the parcel to a local collection point. Customers are responsible for collecting parcels within the courier’s time frame.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days after dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.


Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
